This article has a fairly sarcastic title. I will one day (hopefully) purchase a house, but as of right now I am certainly in no rush. I have been renting for 3 years now, and have come to truly enjoy the experience, when dealing with a responsible landlord. First, a little background for why this is a sensitive subject in my world.
