  1. My favorite is still the fried type — in fact, there’s one last zuke waiting it out in the refrigerator. (I’ll have to use it up soon, and acknowledge that the season is finally over. Sigh.)

  2. My parents grow zucchini in their garden and this past year was a bountiful year. My Mom made a bunch of zucchini bread and froze it. She’s been slowing giving it away to anyone she can since they have so much!
