    Jon, how does a credit union loan work and what plans are there for the loans? I ask because my wife has been talking to me about maybe finding some hard money lenders to borrow money from. The reason for this is because of the student loan that I ended up with after my college graduation.

    I agree that credit unions provide some of the best options for personal loans. I think that cash advances are a bit more risky. I say that because they require payment of higher interest.
